1. Platform Overview

OmraConnect is a digital platform that gives pilgrims in Makkah and Madinah access to certified local guides, a hotel delivery service for local products, and a community support network for lost people and belongings.

2. Guide Bookings & Financial Terms

Guides listed on OmraConnect are independent professionals verified by us. Every booking involves:

• Immediate card payment of a flat service deposit (200 to 400 SAR) via Stripe.
• Payment of the agreed balance (200 SAR) directly to the guide in cash at the time of the visit.
• Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. After that, the service deposit is retained to compensate for the reserved slot.

3. Marketplace & Hotel Delivery

The products offered (fresh dates, wild honey, devotional items) come from certified producers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Orders are delivered directly to your hotel within the selected time slots. Payment is made entirely in cash upon hand delivery.

4. Alert System & Community Safety

The alert service is strictly reserved for finding lost relatives or belongings within the sacred precincts of the Holy Sites. Any user posting false alerts or inappropriate content will have their account immediately revoked and may face prosecution under Saudi cybercrime law.
